actually quite simple. either the next 5 weeks will be filings to go PINK and run, or there will be no filings and the EXBX invest is dead and will be delisted in expert market. then no longer tradable and 0001. the longer no filings come, the more investors will save and sell their capital. It would therefore be important to bring filings very quickly to limit further damage. It is all up to management.
