I'm sure your math is correct.

The point is that Mr. John Huemoeller has found someone willing to invest in AXIM by purchasing up to 26.5 million shares to essentially finance the company over the next couple of months.

If my math is correct, Cross and Company can pick up a fairly large part of the company for just
$1 million at current share price.

26.5 million shares × $0.0453 = $1,200,450
