You will be surprised at all the clues you have been given as to what is about to happen. IMO TGGI will merge with a Nasdaq company that you already know. The reason it has taken so long is that it is very complicated and involves numerous companies and audits. The value of the completed merger will be in the billions and bring together the best of all worlds. The details of the merger once the sec gives final approval will be made known to all. It will explain why the tggi total authorized shares have increased and who they will go to. Market cap will be in the billions. This is all I will say at this time. After a hard study this is only my opinion.
