Well a lot of things contributed...dilution being the least of it so far IMO...1st was the end of the SSM hype when AVV*H failed and Cooley became somewhat toxic...2nd was when it was announced the Nelson's had taken control of the ticker...seems they have quite the bad rep in the OTC...and lastly, when they raised the a/s to 40 billion, was the final nail....and here we are...gotta love pinkyland...lol.....FBCD$$
