You're not going to find it because it's older than dirt and Cytodyn has crossed that hurdle, another poor attempt from the 13d groups failed coup.
Question for you- If Cytodyn was in sooooo much trouble, under investigation, failed drug, blah blah blah...how come Nader has not sold a single share and the executives continue to work there, getting paid in shares BUT there's plenty of cash on hand to pay in cash? Oh I know, Cytodyn is about to walk the walk after talking the talk...laughing. Matter of time..in fact , maybe hours and it's gamestop all over again.
In fact, a great friend of mine, broker, is now heavily invested as of Friday and he never evwn looked at OTC stocks before- veteran of 27 yrs on wall street. It's over, Cytodyn won already just a matter of a few PR's
