NDT, respect your opinion. Even though this drilling has been highly anticipated by STP and others and the current need for oil/gas resources are acute in Europe/rest of the world, they will probably err on the side of caution.

So honestly, if that is the case and drilling is +90 days now (and based on continued supply coming off of drill ships maybe 2-4 weeks more) what is it that they could be doing for all this time?
