Dick move or not. Harry wants a fleet of at least 15. The money is to buy them. His other company $GASS I think has about 40 ships with about twice the shares outstanding compared to Imperial. I dont remember the debt load but they are profitable. Next Q should be very telling if all goes well and no surprises. I think Harry pissed off the B share holders who paid twice the last offering price. For some reason that upset our common share holders and Bam! Down we went. Thing is, all the tankers seem to move in tandem. Also drops when crude prices drop. Doesn't make sense but, that's what I've been watching.
I agree with your analysis too. Just waiting for this to turn around. On paper everything looks good.
