The Bourbon Ruby supply ship is definitely not a beer and provisions ship like one might think the Bourbon Rainbow is.

The BRuby is definitely designed to deliver drilling materials, piping, large spare parts, etc.

Second big shipment happened and continues to be ongoing.

So my guess:

Phase 1 - exploratory drilling and exploratory operations

Phase 2 - first major shipment by BRuby, begins assessment phase via horizontal drilling because of the sheer size of the discovery.

Phase 3 - second major shipment by BRuby to begin production operations assisted by the Maersk Voyager until a production drill ship can be introduced and the exploratory drill ship, the Maersk Voyager, can move on.

13 billion find in Namibia
12 billion in South America
X billion in Sao Tome

All found within months of each other, with the same geological structure below, same super computers and presumably same A.I., and similar drill ships equipped with this type of deep drilling equipment all by Shell.

Shell knows what they're doing.

And billion X anything find is DOLLARS for us.
