Should the proposed new 388-page Constitutional Rewrite (spit spit) be rejected by the public on September 4 and if this new 4/7 bill is indeed adopted under the "old" constitution then the "old" congress working under the existing constitution could make changes to the old/existing constitution with a simple 57% majority vote in the Lower Chamber & Senate as opposed to the old higher benchmark vote of 2/3 (ie 66% vote).

If on September 5 the Lower Chamber or the Senate were subsequently to initiate a new bill to repeal the law that first made lithium a "strategic mineral" then a 57% vote by the lawmakers would repeal this ball-busting self-serving Pinochet family-enriching law only designed/implemented to make the top 1% fat-cats fatter by propping-up/supporting the monopolistic Chilean Lithium mafia. Yes, we would support this "lower bar" change in the law to a 4/7 majority vote.
