So It Will Not Be A Ratified Vote.

A Second Vote WILL THEN BE SCHEDULED.
Now The Question Is...
Will The Company Make Some Changes to Proposals?
OR :::
Will The Company Leave Proposals As Is...

If the Second Vote is Unchanged In Draft (exactly same)
You can bet your ass, your telephone will be ringing
With the (BEGGING) Script They Launch At Shareholders.

If Second Vote Also Fails ----
The Third Vote Will Be Based On A Different Percentage Of Active Votes Minus Unactive.

Toxic Financing Equals Scare Tactic
But good Ole Dave Will Use It As A Last Resort.
Too Bad The Board Of Directors Is Filled With Yes Men (Lemmings).
If they had a spine/backbone to stand up to Dave
