Ali, based on this post/article, there is only $5.4 million dollars (not coins, but monetary value) of coinage in circulation. Out of a potential $30,000,000 of gold backed coinage. These statements of fact do not have consistency. Coincedentally, based on rough count, AABB can produce 5.4 million coins that are backed by $30 million of stored gold, based on the current $5.55 value of gold. Is it a coincidence, or a factual misprint? Interestingly, the word coincidence, has the word coin.
