2Items Milk dud has already applied for the split, however my counsel's opinion is it will not happen FNRA will just sit on it as the did last time. After 6m= months milk dud with drew it, The note issued with a convection rate 50% lower then par value which violates Delaware law most likely will hold up the split.
Stock can only be de listed for not being current with financial reporting. So the answer is no.
It appears we should be able to send the request to GAHC next week. When we have the number of shares I post a draft of the letter then collect every ones email and do the signing thru docusign.
