Guess who Tesla is currently selling their carbon credits to?

“The company does not disclose exactly who buys these credits, but a 2019 Bloomberg report cited Detroit manufacturers General Motors and Fiat Chrysler as key customers.”

Fiat is owned by Stellantis.

Perhaps they are in the a contract with Tesla which is why they haven’t formally partnered with Stellantis yet?

Isiah also said they have been in talks with GM I believe.
