there are others who are making hydrogen at the solar panel the necessary word is "at".. HYSR are trying to do it inside the panel, HTOO (Fusion Fuel) does it behind the solar panel with an electrolyser attached. No NANO particles or special cells.

Both approaches deliver hydrogen from water at the solar panel no need to transmit the electricity to a seperate site. just collect the hydrogen and use it at the site (off grid refueling station) or pipe/truck it to other uses.

There is a possibility that HYSR solution could be significantly better from a production rate as a result of their development but at what cost (commodity solar panel + electrolyser vs a proprietary solar panel with unknown life when NANO particles expire etc) that is why I am still following them. but they behave like a fake company with no demonstration or real data to share.
