For a D-SC-2 to get confirmed:

1st the D-E-2 has to be confirmed. Which is likely to happen today at the close.

Then the D-E-2 has to exceed it's average duration which is 20.98 trading days. That will be at the close on 8/12/22. So the D-SC-2 can be confirmed at the open on 8/15/22.
