That was obviously one person selling to themselves. Made no difference in bid and asks. PPS is 0094 - 0097 currently with the same # of shares on ask as usual. Some people completely controlling the stock price and trying to manipulate. Only reason to do that is to make money. This is hugely undervalued with the stock price way down over a long period of time and markets starting to come back. No reason AXXA will remain in the depths as others rise when this is a great company with impressive books.
