The part everyone should be addressing is that this report is someone’s first attempt to do an analyst report and they provided no mechanics to their upper estimates and there are no mechanics to get there and the probabilities of getting there are zero in some of the cases and that the weighted number for these higher unrealistic edge cases exceeds the current stock price by many multiples

Reports are supposed to be used to provide a reasonable price estimate. This report is good for what it is, a good faith attempt by someone to try and explain the possible potential in fannie and freddie commons
