That would be exactly 9.65 metric tons. Why convert back and forth from metric to English? Just serves to confuse and a lot more complicated to calculate. I know from researching the subject they seem to refer to both systems and sometimes you wonder if they have one system confused with the other. Looks to me like the silkworm trade and KBLB generally use the metric system when referring to quantities so why don’t we try to stick to that on this board to reduce confusion.
