I would say that last 16,300 trade @ $1.00, which looks like a bid whack, was posted out of order and actually occurred at the beginning of trading, within the first couple of trades. When GTSM disappeared and came back @ $1.10, that's right after the 16,300 @ $1.00 occurred. That was either an insider transaction or a MM, so some of the 34K in total volume was out of that initial 16K trade, being resold @ $1.10 to either start making a market or was intended to go to other insiders, like those that came later and bought the 6K and 5K shares.
So I'd say there is a good chance that the 25K held at DTC is accurate.
