You can buy AVAX anywhere. It's the 14th biggest coin as of today. Then send the AVAX to your wallet by adding the AVAX (Avalanche) chain from chainlist.org to your wallet. (called Avalanche C-chain)

You buy most of the re-launched SD coins with the Trader Joe swap website. You have to add the contract codes for the re-launched coins from snow trace website to your wallet and import the token. Slippage has to be reset on some when you buy and sell. From 21% to 35%. Easier than it sounds. Feel free to ask questions.

2. Buy some AVAX anywhere and send to your wallet.
3. The contract for FOOK on the AVAX chain is on snow trace 0x95923F63dA09B4f7520f7C65a31F318D8228B744 Import it your wallet.
4. On Trader Joe connect your wallet and swap the AVAX to FOOK. Slippage for FOOK on Trader Joe may have to be set to 34% or 35% in Trader Joe's settings before you swap FOOK. You now own FOOK.
