Not quite, pay attention to this paragraph:

When contacted by MBW about the new settlement, a Spotify spokesperson said: “Spotify and Sosa have agreed to drop their claims against each other, without any payment by Spotify.

Spotify countersued and blasted the tactics of PMR/Sosa/Noch. The parties agreed to drop the suits against each other with no payment.

This is further verified in PMR's recently filed S-1/A. Note the absence of "Spotify" in that disclosure before it was withdrawn.
