Essentially it is self evident and unquestionable that the world is not flat and I can say the same thing about my feelings regarding the unimaginable wealth opportunities of buying investment real estate.and that includes buying an essentially one family house with enough room for a single apt available to a tenant. There are rare exceptions and time barriers, but I would be delighted to be wrong, if anyone can verify they know of any meaningful number of a persons who bought a house 40 years ago and has found the value of that house reduced after indexing for inflation,, because if it was true then I am one rare inflamed genius.
Now if someone knows of kin and friends who live in a ghost town, or a city infected with toxic waste, or industry flight...These conditions will destroy real estate values.
