Lt Col Potter said theire will be new biological challenges per the efforts of the military. This is kinda old news, but polio is maling a comeback, coutesy of our open southern border and all. Alien or military? If I had to wager I'd go with military.

Remember.... nearly all major world conflicts are arranged in some order of these major elements; widespread disease, famine and war over resouces. Sound familiar? The bad shit cometh.
