Has anybody here seen in a plaintiff argument the reason that payments were financed by a "draw" (I am skeptical that any money went from UST to F&F until the Trump Tax cut devalued the DTA when I believe a $4B draw was required)? That reason being $60B was hidden in the three shell monte until record profit time arrived.
