LOL, SS has not changed, and again I'm not quite sure what shares you are referring to, the SS has not changed since they added 14 mil restricted shares in May. Which was the first time they added shares to the OS in 2 years. And per their Quarterly report there are no dilutive shares, as seen below. (Which has to be verified by transfer agent to retain pink current status) Also, yesterday there was over 11 million shares shorted, hope this helps.
