So Petey already issued those 3 billion new dilutive shares. I thought so.
After all his debtor exams, he may be facing forced-liquidation of everything (including his 90% personal ownership of digitalage).

Now the reverse split is is in the works?
1:2,000 reverse split, but keep the share authorization the same so he can dump 10 billion more post-split shares?

He plans to dilute investors into the ground.
And most don't yet know that HPNN owns 0% of digitalage, per their Nevada latest information and the fact that it is not listed as a subsidiary in HPNN disclosure section on subsidiaries.
