NGL this company seems suspect and cringy.

(1) The artists claimed by the microcapdaily article to be represented by NUVG is misleading at best. I decided to search the artists on Pro Music Group's website. Turns out that these artists show up because someone else made some sort of cruddy remix of their work.

(2) Jake Noch, the CEO, had a downright cringy "Letter from the CEO" in the S-1 form, ill leave a link here:

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001831925/000121390022019488/ea158372-s1a3_promusic.htm

Ultimately the company didn't actually do its own offering and opted for the reverse merger play instead.

(3) From page 45 of the sec filing above, note that Jake Noch is a director of several different publishing companies. Nearly all the music represented by pro music rights come from these same publishing companies ... and I have never heard of any of the music or musicians represented. You can see this for yourself if you search the directory of works covered by pro music rights.

(4) This company files tons of lawsuits, most of which get dismissed.

(5) The company has a rating of "F" by the Better Business Bureau. The Better Business Bureau also suggests that the sign up process is misleading and that some individuals and companies have accidentally signed up for 5 year contracts by mistake.

Overall, the company seems toxic and misleading. If you want to try playing it, I wouldn't keep your money in it for long.
