We've been hyper-focussed on the Avini Health launch and it was very successful. (www.avinihealth.com) We are making all of their products and they signed up over 600 distributors their first month. While this doesn't seem exciting on is surface; we're on track to net over $200K in monthly revenues by the end of this year on this deal alone. We've also launched new private label brands that have brought in another $15K in sales.

The point is to create consistent revenue streams to make sure that the company can function and pay our bills without having to constantly raise money through debt or equity financing. The steps we've taken over the last 18 months have put us in a great position to bring in those revenues, expand our capabilities and create additional revenue streams with new products and services. On top of that - we've continued to work on the Phase II study of RPI-78M in Multiple Sclerosis; the potential agreements to study our nerve agent countermeasures for the Department of Defense; and further expand retail sales through Amazon, the Walmart Marketplace as well as physical stores.

We're also working with attorneys that have been brought in by shareholders to help in our efforts to resolve the SEC matter and remove the CE from our symbol. We know how important it is to resolve these issues and we hope to be able to report our progress shortly.
