Issuing shares at specific prices doesn't mean that the share price will ever reach those levels. Am I correct with that assumption?

Also INND took on Hearing Assist debt.

Again - why would a company making millions in revenue abandon ship? Wouldn't you just keep selling hearing aids and rake in the dough?
