Anyone can send email to Nixon, but he never answers. The only corporate interface that issues a response is the one to pursue opening a franchise.

You might, however, get an answer from Illegal Burgers -- but I'd say odds are against getting an answer on any relationship to Illegal Burger and/or infringing on its name, UNLESS there was a prior agreement; but even so, this doesn't look like an Illegal Burger franchise.
