reinstated. Why won't liberals allow me to carry a gun in my coat? I mean, I do have the right to bear arms, but Liberals continue to believe that strict gun laws will reduce crime. (DC is still one of the highest in crime.) Liberals still haven't figured out that criminals aren't law-abiding, and their strict laws give criminals the upper hand. But, I digress.
