When we were at .06 in 2021, XALL had 4 acquisitions in the pipeline and we were charting on track to $0.1 - 0.2, once a few of those closed. If all 4 closed the potential was $0.4 - 0.8 by the end of that year. Since then we have lost that momentum, so now it’s up to XALL to close this newly announced acquisition by end of this month like they communicated. If they do, and come through with the other announcements promised end of this month, XALL will be able to gain the much needed confidence in XALL’s ability to close deals and start producing results again. As long as they can do what they say by end of this month, XALL can get right back to the 2021 share prices and begin increasing long term value throughout the next few quarters.
