Yeah but as we discussed back then, it basically means they're not going to report or tell us anything... taking the company dark.

But then a couple weeks after, they filed a 10-Q so made no sense.

Anyway, aren't they still in default? Just because they filed that they won't be reporting doesn't make it ok and they can still get booted to the expert market.
