yep... he said so... so he could be more transparent.... that's the biggest joke of all!

I looked at the OTC HPNN page... no transfer agent has been verified by them... guess he hasn't gotten around to letting them know about the new agent <chuckle>

Hey, is this like the "dividends" and "stock buyback" that he "TWITS" about from time to time when trying to pump his worthless stock? Yea, I think so.
