It’s dead on. BioAmber did move from chapter 11 to chapter to a chapter 15 dealing with the cross border scenario and jjst as stated in the last 8k BioAmber completed the sale of certain of its assets to LCYB. THESE ASSETS COMPRISE ALL OF THE COMPANIES ASSETS save and except for the AR, Inventory, Cash Accounts and some office furniture located in the US.

Yep it was written certain of its assets and then described those certain assets as comprising all of BioAmbers assets. I’m not sure why that second part describing what certain assets means is always overlooked or skipped right on by. I wonder if it’s because it’s one more item showing more to come is complete BS LOL!!
