20:1 R/S was supposed to be effective Friday the 15th. Not sure why it didn't happen yet but it's got to be on the verge.

Interesting to see what happens after the R/S. Might stabilize, might sink like a stone. They probably have a China update ready to release when the R/S happens.

The amended S-1 says the new shares will sell for $9 so that's going to be interesting. they can always amend the S-1 again if the PPS falls below $9

I'm on the sidelines, not holding any at the moment.
