If Ward filed a form 4, all the lemmings would have jumped off the cliff..That would have signaled defeat to shareholders and spoiled his plan ..Mirage Liberals need to stare at the facts directly in front of them..Ward has put none of his own money into the projects in recent years..He has repaid his wife’s company, drawn a handsome salary(as proven in the audited K he signed) and stopped doing his fiduciary responsibilities as a publicly traded company.
These facts, leave me and most others with way more doubt that optimism..
