The company doesn't matter at this point. Share Structure is the only thing driving this. 344 million shares. 40 million just got locked up in the last few weeks. The best play for this would be a reverse merger. $Vmsi shell only has 110k debt. A real company could leave all of its debt behind in its old shell and jump in, similar to tsnp
