I don’t have proof of anything but it’s hard not to be skeptical in the situation we are in. Why weren’t the details of the recipients of those shares revealed and what ‘services’ they performed? Normally there is a filing that shares are being provided for consulting services. Without that transparency it looks bad. There is no proof of anything good or bad - that’s the problem. The situation lends itself to negative speculation.
