Hi. Tim Parsons, here. A friend sent me a link to this board last night since I became a topic of discussion. I'm not hard to find on LinkedIn. Someone could have just sent me a message or something, rather than create a presumptuous rumor.

Before this gets too far down the rabbit hole, I'll try to put this to rest. I wasn't fired. The fact of the matter is that I had a job offer at the beginning of June and I took it, for the same reasons that anyone who gets a job offer takes a new position. The only reason I'm addressing this here is because rumors tend to grow, and most people these days don't bother with research or fact-checking before repeating things that they've heard.

It seems like this might be disappointing for most of you based on your posts, but there it is. The truth is usually a lot less entertaining than fiction.
