They're probably not releasing the 10k because it's so bullish that it would cause a massive spike in PPS and the insiders need some time to accumulate shares from the clueless bears before this mega-event.

Happy so happy. Thinking about quacking. Expecting $0.50-$0.75 within the next 9 trading days. I will go to sleep dreaming about the pregnant pond!
