I agree the shares are not dissolved for reasons that have been explained. They are worthless due to liquidation.

Question for you: why do you want to believe the "qualified bidder" part from the early, optimistic days of the SISP when you clearly do NOT believe the Monitor?

I mean, they lied to the judge and the world about the liquidation, right? So why do you believe them on other items (which, of course, are trumped by how things actually played out later on)?
