It's not just what "shortly" means that's unknown, it's that update could be anything from test plan submitted for FDA review, to 3rd meeting scheduled for date X to discuss test plan, to test plan approved, to testing has commenced and expected to submit results for FDA review by date Y, etc. Is what it is. Nothing new about glacial pace at RDGL. Just gotta be patient. All events between now and IDE submission are minor catalysts anyway.
