BS. There is no "SEC Itch". Another falsehood from the company.

If filed before 5:30 Eastern, the filing is available on EDGAR immediately.

If filed after 5:30, the filing is available when EDGAR reopens the morning of the next business day, which would have been 6:00 A.M. Eastern (3:00 A.M. Pacific) this morning.

Since the 10-K is NOT available on EDGAR, it was not filed at any time on Friday.

And still not filed today.
