IPXL is a recent example of a delinquent suspended pinkie which started up unsolicited on the pinks when the suspension period ended. Outcome of proceedings still not known.

It has substantial insitutional holders who I think might have been able to put pressure on broker/dealers to enter the unsolicited quotes. It also has a plausible-sounding story about why it's delinquent & what it's trying to do about it.

Nothing there remotely like CYKS, which will obviously start up on the greys.
