I looked at the CEO’s contract. He can walk away at anytime for any reason. Also he makes $160,000 a yr guaranteed with 50% more in bonus if he follows through with action plan. If nothing happens he still gets $160,000 ( prob through dilution dumps). All his travel is paid ( promptly it says), but he answers to no one. Thank g-d I got out a hr ago!
