Watching level II and CSTI is flipping .001 spread over and over on these lower volume days... Buying the .0601's and selling around .061 - if they sell about 50,000 shares, they make $50 profit before commissions.

Probably a daytrading house, or just a day trader..

Oh well, NEWS will leave him behind at .061 without any shares, chasing to get back in higher to play his game.
