This has been a total debacle under Capek. Interesting in-depth report on CNBC this am on the turmoil and friction between Bob Iger and Bob Capek, and how Iger did not want Capek to take over, etc. The board apparently asked Iger to delay his retirement and he refused. Bottom line is that DIS traded up at $200 not that long ago and has gone in the tank under Capek. And Iger is reportedly fuming over what has become of the company.
