Yes, ... That is pretty much it... "judge erred in application of the law"

From what I have been told (by multiple legal sources) Calasse can not introduce new (or ague old for that matter) evidence to change the outcome of the previous decision. It can only be foiled/reversed by virtue of the "judge erred in application of the law" factor.

I have never doubted Mr. Sharps ability to move this forward to completion. The real killer here (is and was) the time that this Calasse matter has consumed so far, and the time it may consume moving forward.

George's cavalier attitude towards the "Calsse issue" has not done his less informed shareholders any favors.

To follow up with this twitter post after the fallout, well... lets just say its a little insulting.

Funny thing is, I actually like Mr Sharp most of the time... But hey, i guess we all have our sh*t.

..... Ego - Pride... what a couple of wrecking-balls they can be. (Said as I look in the mirror and recall much of my own folly...)

This guy walks up to me at the horse track... As I placed my bet he scoffed at my pick. ....Then offered to by my ticket for half price..
