Don't want to relive the past, but I've always had the feeling that the COVID pandemic in 2020 (which hit oil&gas companies very hard) threw MVNT's plans and projections into total disarray.

I believe its been only since early 2021 when MVNT's business began to recover.

Us common shareholders will probably never know the full story of what happened in 2020, but I've always felt this was the main reason why MVNT's initial plans went awry.

If true, that indeed would be very sad for both the company and their family & friends. But apparently neither the company nor F&F have thrown in the towel.

I wish everyone involved with MVNT (management, F&F, and some of us long-term shareholders) renewed success for the remainder of 2022 and many more years into the future!
